If you are looking for things to do in New Albany and Southern Indiana, we have your night sorted out! Laughing Dad Entertainment is turning American Legion Post 28 into an authentic pop-up comedy club for one night only on Friday, September 11.
We know the drill. You want a fun night out, but nobody wants to deal with bridge traffic, hunting for a parking spot, and paying twenty bucks for a watered-down drink in downtown Louisville. We are bringing live comedy straight to you instead.
This is not an open mic. This is a massive Triple Headliner show featuring three touring professionals. Danny Browning (SiriusXM's Jeff and Larry's Comedy Roundup), Jake Hovis (SiriusXM radio), and Lucious Williams (US Veteran and the Funniest Person in Louisville).
This is our first time doing stand-up comedy in New Albany at this specific Legion, and we want to pack the place out! The show is completely open to the public. Grab your friends, get a drink at local bar prices, and get ready to laugh. It makes for a perfect date night!

Is this show cash only?
Yes. American Legion Post 28 is a cash-only venue. This applies to both tickets at the door and the bar/kitchen. There is an ATM on-site.
Can I buy tickets in advance?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Seating is limited and walk-up availability is never guaranteed. Buying in advance locks in your spot for a great night. We encourage you to stop into the Legion to purchase tickets or ORDER ONLINE.
Is there food available?
Yes! The Post 28 kitchen is open from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Plan to arrive early so you have plenty of time to eat before the comedians take the stage.
